It also involves managing internal production for open enrollment orders and small mailings, as well as creating documents using various software tools. Responsibilities Write and manage print specifications. Receive quotes and coordinate mailings and open enrollment orders with external vendors. Oversee internal production of orders for open enrollment and small mailings. Create documents using software for both standard and custom formats. Review and manage inventory, ensuring timely restock or recycling. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-project management skills. Detail-oriented, flexible, and creative approach. Ability to independently prioritize tasks and improve existing processes. Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and staff. Proficiency in English grammar, composition, editing, and proofreading. Willingness to learn industry-specific policies promptly. Skill Experience with print project management and document creation software. Ideal candidate will have InDesign experience Knowledge of fulfillment and mailing operations. Adept at compiling data and suggesting cost-saving strategies. Summary Qualification Proven coordination of print, fulfillment, and mail projects. Skilled in vendor management and internal production processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
