Publication Specialist Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Summary Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Publication Specialist for a contract opportunity located in Alpharetta, GA. This role is part time, 24 hours a week, and requires on-site training and in-office team integration. Candidates must live near Alpharetta, GA and be willing to commute as needed.

Daily Duties:

Write print specifications and obtain competitive quotes from vendors Coordinate mailings and open enrollment orders with external partners Handle small mailings and in-house open enrollment production as needed Use software tools to create standard and custom documents Manage timelines, costs, and delivery for all projects Compile and prepare project data and make cost-saving suggestions Maintain communication with internal stakeholders regarding project timelines, expectations, and shipping details Monitor and manage inventory levels, including recycling or restocking coordination Support ad hoc document creation and administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:
