Summary As a Scheduling Coordinator at Harborview Health Systems, you will play a vital role in managing nursing staff schedules and ensuring efficient operations within our healthcare facility. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care provided to our residents Responsibilities Coordinate and manage nursing staff schedules and staff shifts. Utilize OnShift software to create staff schedules, post available shift, and communicate with the nursing staff. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with staff. Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize scheduling based on patient needs. Requirements Proven experience in an office or medical setting, preferably in scheduling or administrative roles. Must have a solid understanding of staff schedules and the creation of staff schedules to meet care needs. Familiarity with OnShift software or similar electronic staffing systems is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
