Position Summary:
This role will serve as a key member of the HR Operations team, supporting the development and execution of global programs, processes, and systems across a variety of HR functional areas, including compensation, performance, and talent development.
Position Responsibilities:
Support various HR initiatives, processes, and special projects across the global organization and ensures full optimization of systems and workflow.
Support Workday continuous improvement efforts designed to enhance the employee experience and drive greater efficiency.
Design and deliver reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Document, communicate, and provide training on processes and policies to obtain consistency and efficiency.
Create and maintain forms, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency in HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance.
Provide day-to-day HR support on a variety of Workday-related questions.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasker that handles pressure well.
Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Hands on experience with Workday is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related area, preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of Human Resources Operations experience required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
