Premiere Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097 Overview INAMAX is looking for a full-time Bilingual Field Service Dispatcher that will perform a variety of operational and clerical tasks. Duties consist of interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Duties Interact and troubleshoot with customers via telephone to provide support regarding service issues Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer concerns Collect and enter data for service tickets Work closely with management to escalate questions and concerns Work hand in hand with field service support staff dispatching and routing service calls Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer questions and concerns Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and comments Perform other administrative duties as assigned Skills Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication. Strong typing skills for accurate data entry. Working knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel and Word. Experience in route scheduling and fleet management is highly desirable. Ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with drivers and clients. Technical background desired.
