Role Overview:
We are looking for adetail-oriented Dental Surgery Scheduling Coordinator to join ourteam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing thescheduling and coordination of surgical appointments, ensuring thatour patients have a seamless experience from scheduling toprocedure. Your attention to detail and exceptional communicationskills will be key in providing our patients with the highest levelof care and support. Requirements Coordinate all aspects of dentalsurgery scheduling, including confirming appointments andcommunicating with patients regarding pre-operative andpost-operative instructions. Work closely with dental staff andsurgeons to ensure efficient use of time and resources in thesurgical suite. Maintain accurate patient records and managescheduling software to optimize appointment availability. Provideexcellent customer service and respond to patient inquiriesregarding scheduling and procedures. Collaborate with insurancecompanies to verify coverage for surgical procedures and obtainnecessary pre-authorizations. Stay up to date on all compliance andadministrative procedures to maintain a smooth office flow. Provenexperience in a dental or healthcare-related scheduling andadministrative role. Strong organizational skills with the abilityto multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to effectively interact with patientsand team members.
