Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to become the right-hand person to our founder — we need someone who is smart, capable, and ready to jump into the fast pace and variety of startup life. This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and can confidently wear multiple hats without ego.
What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day operations across the company Help identify and generate qualified sales leads Conduct quality testing of software and user flows Assist with client communication and onboarding Create documentation, organize workflows, and keep things moving Bring fresh ideas, execute quickly, and make the founder’s life easier
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Exceptional intelligence and ability to learn fast Strong work ethic and attention to detail Confidence and humility — comfortable asking questions and admitting what you don’t know Technical aptitude and comfort with software tools Entrepreneurial mindset — “figure it out” energy Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.) Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Healthcare industry experience Software development or QA experience Previous startup or founder support role
Location & Logistics:
Based in or willing to commute to Northeast Metro Atlanta (Buford area) on a hybrid basis. Potential for growth into a leadership role
