Scheduler 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 519 Mt Pleasant Road SW, Thomson, GA 30824 We are currently looking for an enthusiastic & compassionate individual to add to our scheduling team. This person must be very detail-oriented, professional, have strong communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment. The primary role of the scheduler is to coordinator and manage the client & staff schedules to ensure that we are providing quality care. Some of the daily duties & responsibilities are as follows: Coordinate & schedule homecare services for our clients based on their needs and preferences. Communicate with clients and staff to manage their schedules. Ensure that all schedules are covered and arrange for any backup or replacement staff if needed. Maintain detailed records of services provided. Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally. Send required communication & documentation to case managers, family members, etc. as needed. On-call rotation is a requirement for our scheduling staff. Assist with answering phone calls. Any other office duties that are assigned as time allows. Our ideal candidate for this position would have previous scheduling experience in a homecare or healthcare setting. The position will be at our main office location in Thomson, Georgia. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
