Planner Scheduler – Intermediate Position Available In Newton, Georgia

Our client, an Automotive and Aviation Manufacturer, is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to join their team . As a Scheduler/Planner, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the aircraft assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

50/hour What’s the Job? Define daily and weekly production activities by assessing engineering, quality, and operations data Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational roadblocks Track and report on key production metrics such as build progress, labor hours, and defect resolution Lead shop floor improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements Serve as 2nd shift Production Supervisor as needed to support assembly operations What’s Needed?

Preferred :

Degree in Manufacturing Operations, Aviation Manufacturing, or Engineering Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing Strong knowledge of aviation operations and manufacturing processes Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels, including senior leadership What’s in it for me?
