RESPONSIBLE FOR
Coordinates physician practice operations and provides administrative support to management of the physician practice(s). Proactively supports efforts that ensure efficient operations and may function as a working supervisor. Oversees a small (1 to 3 physicians) practice or assists practice manager with a large (6 physicians) practice(s).
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required. In lieu of degree, three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Three (3) years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience required. (If no degree, a total of six (6) years of experience required).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
This job requires proficiency with the following applications: EPIC, Microsoft applications, Kronos, QGenda, Tableau (web version) Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
