Operations Clerk Position Available In Toombs, Georgia

Part Time Nights:

Monday-Friday 6:00PM-12:00AMWorking in our gate station, you will be responsible for controlling, inspecting, and tracking inbound and outbound customer and vendor truck traffic along with coordinating the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping product.

WHAT YOU’LL

DOCoordinates dock flow for all outbound loadsTracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailersInvestigates shortages of product in the picking processCompares accuracy of supplier billsChooses and stages loads to be receivedPrints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as neededInspect & record inbound vehicle dataVerifying correct load & temperature settingsUse of Yard Management systems.

YOU MUST

HAVEHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency DegreeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
