The successful candidates will be a team player, fast learner, reliable and have a positive attitude. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. Working a day shift; Monday- Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 9a-5p , pay rate is $17.00.

Qualifications:
Speak clearly to customers using empathy and compassion. Provide excellent customer service. Explain the different treatments to customers. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills. Previous experience in a call center environment highly preferred. Previous experience in a dentistry setting highly preferred. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
