The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with our sales team, crew leaders, and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling for landscaping crews, ensuring efficiency. Communicate with vendors to order and track materials. Support field teams with day-to-day operational needs and resolve on-site issues promptly. Monitor inventory, maintenance schedules, and assist with dispatching. Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping, job costing, and work order management. Collaborate closely with the operations manager and crew leaders to ensure smooth workflows. Serve as a key point of contact between the office, field staff, and clients when needed. Qualifications Previous experience in operations, scheduling, logistics, or administrative support.
