What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for eClose and RON transactions. Manage eClose meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and action item tracking. Proactively monitor and report on the eClose and RON pipeline, from setup to closing. Serve as the primary point of contact for all eClose inquiries from sales, settlement agents, closers, and leadership, ensuring prompt and effective responses. Address support, training, and setup needs related to eClose. Liaise with vendor partners (Snapdocs, Stavvy, Simplifile, ICE, Schwartz) to resolve issues and stay informed of updates. Monitor email communications to ensure timely and accurate responses. Maintain daily pipeline reports in relevant systems (Snapdocs, Stavvy, Encompass, Sisense). Respond to inquiries regarding settlement agent and closer readiness for eClose. Provide clear and accurate information on RON, eClose, and eNotes. Contribute to special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to analyze data and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication (written and verbal), and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of business acumen, customer service best practices, and adult learning principles.
