$34.4K – $45.1K a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level LPN Full Job Description Schedule all disciplines according to zip code / territories to decrease travel time, mileage and increase productivity Be knowledgeable of patient needs to schedule staffing according to skill set Follow up with patients on missed visits to ensure proper care and reimbursement Ensure compliance with RN supervisory visits for LPN or CNA visits Serve as back up to Intake Nurse and Office Assistant when needed Maintain medical supply inventory Assist with obtaining proper insurance authorization
Education Requirements:
