ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist Facility Manager with on-going project lists, general maintenance, and capital planning and improvement. Plan, create, and execute special projects at the direction of Facility Manager. Act as a liaison to third-party vendors and coordinate any work that needs to be completed on-site. Act as point of contact for Satellite Facility Operations special events, rentals, and Sporting KC programs. Prepare facilities for internal and external rentals. Assist the Facility Manager with scheduling and planning of all events at CBSC. Help assist and manage part time operation specialist and interns. Support Sporting Kansas City’s mission, vision and purpose. Represent Sporting Kansas City and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Sport Management or other related field preferred. Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in the operations or facility management industry. Capacity to adapt to the unique and vibrant Kansas City market. Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language. Spanish language fluency preferred, but not required. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
