Job Description:

Assist lenders and loan associates by performing a variety of duties to ensure accurate loan documents in a timely manner.
Other responsibilities include special projects assigned by management to develop procedures and processes including implementation, if required.
Loan Operations Specialist/Flex performs the most complex duties, assists with special projects as assigned by the Manager, assists Management in procedure writing and determining department processes to minimize risk and maximize efficiency for the Bank.
The Loan Operations Specialist Flex will be trained in all areas of the Loan Operations department.
Their primary function will be to temporarily cover a position or provide additional support to various areas within the Loan Operations department as needed.
When not filling in, the Loan Operations Specialist Flex will assist the Manager and Project Specialist with special projects, research, and various complex duties.
The Loan Operations Specialist Flex should have the ability to execute tasks precisely and efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, exercise creative and unconventional problem-solving and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

College degree in accounting, finance or business. In lieu of a college degree, five years of loan documentation experience.
Must be trained in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or equivalent processing systems.
At least one year of experience in loan accounting systems and processes.
