PM Responsibilities:
Schedule virtual, phone, and in-person meetings with clients, doctors, and attorneys. Manage and maintain calendar Draft and send professional scheduling letters. Track and confirm payment for scheduled conferences Request the most recent medical records from providers and/or attorneys Confirm meetings and prepare necessary file material. Coordinate trial/deposition appearances and prepare trial/deposition binders Communicate clearly and professionally with doctors, attorneys, clients, and office staff Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, document formatting, handling records, answering the phone, and email management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting in the legal or medical fields Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written communication skills, maintaining professionalism and clarity Proficiency with computer software (Adobe, Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Zoom, Outlook, Teams, Filevine) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Must provide 3 professional references An associate degree is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Compensation:
