P6 (Primavera 6) Construction Planner/Scheduler

Role and Responsibilities:
Developing resource-loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera), Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P/6
Proven experience running reports in Primavera
Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports
Schedulers will walk down the scope, verify progress, and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects the proper status and forecast
Will mobilize to the field and provide daily forecasts for the management team
Will ensure the current status of every phase is accurately reflected in the reporting cycle
Reviews, revises, and approves the delivery schedules according to projects, contract specifications, overall customer priorities, and resources.
Coordinates with project managers, support functions, and the management team to ensure accurate and complete scheduling data and that the production teams can meet customer delivery deadlines.
Approves adjustments as needed to the operating rhythm schedules to fulfill customer obligations and balance resources.
Revises and implements planning and scheduling processes.
Works with leadership to help resolve conflicting issues.
Helps champion management initiatives in all functional work areas.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Skills:
At least 3 years’ experience leading the development and management of business processes and a program level Integrated
Master Schedule.
Knowledge of IT business processes, specifically Construction management projects.
At least 3 years’ working and scheduling complex program tasks for multiple projects.
At least 2 years’ experience using P6 Primavera. Some MS Project experience helpful.
Strong knowledge of program management concepts, specifically those related to monitoring project execution.
Experience working with, and coordinating the activities, of multidisciplinary and disparate teams.
PMP certification a plus.
Demonstrated experience in working with senior leadership.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office tools to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Demonstrated experience with Point.
Previous applicable experience may include, but is not limited to: Production Scheduler, Senior Scheduler, Planning and Scheduling Manager, Demand Planner, Operations Scheduler, Scheduling, Planning, Resource Management, Production Coordination, and Timelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years’ equivalent experience in Business Management or related field.
