As an Operations Specialist II- Image Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. Our Image Services department is crucial to our Loan Administration organization and essential in ensuring we provide the full scope of service to our Mortgage Servicing. Your role on a day to day basis is key to helping us succeed in our commitment to our customers. Job responsibilities
Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry and open correspondence
Create and maintain loan files
Work with the underwriting department
Provide coverage for any of the support roles as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations
Monitor and update various system records and credit website
Communicate with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic office and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience
