Surgery Scheduler and Insurance Verifier Position Available In Rapides, Louisiana

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler and Insurance Verifier to support a busy medical office team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for patients, ensuring surgeries are scheduled accurately and insurance details are confirmed with precision.

Schedule:

8am – 5pm, Monday –

Friday Pay:

$15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact patients to confirm surgery dates and update records Verify insurance coverage and benefits; determine patient responsibility Notify patients of out-of-network details and document all communication Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Support the team by adhering to financial policies and completing training

Qualifications:
