At DSC Dredge, LLC, we are searching for a Scheduler who doesn’t just plan, but thinks strategically, prepares timeline tacticians, and plays a key role in building custom dredging equipment that helps shape the world’s infrastructure. In this role, you won’t just play a critical part in the planning and execution of complex projects while creating, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules – you’ll own them. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that every project moves forward with precision! Key Responsibilities Develops and maintains a detailed schedule for multi-million dollar projects. Coordinates the preparation and issuance of schedules to all applicable departments. Develops the schedule’s work breakdown structure, activity coding, logic sequencing and resource definitions as required. Reads contract language in order to determine requirements and scheduling. Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, s-curves and schedule analysis on a periodic basis. Completes all work assignments in a timely fashion using independent judgment. Maintains confidentiality of all company and proprietary information. Contributes to the overall program development by participating in group discussions in all areas of the company. Utilizes professional communication, writing and presentation skills. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proficient in Primavera P3 through P6; experience in

P6 R16.2 2-3

years experience in project scheduling Ability to upload information to Primavera from other schedule programs and to generate reports from Primavera to meet client needs. Ability to take direction from multiple leaders and shift priorities on an as-needed basis. Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for company and product. Exhibit a passion for the company’s vision, values and focus on safety first. Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes. Ability to travel between DSC Reserve and Poplarville facilities as required. Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in quality management systems and quality system audits. High school diploma or

GED Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy equipment industries. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Project is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related field. Experience in P6 R16.2 and Contract Manager is desirable.
