  • As a Office Specialist in our Bourg, LA Yard office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team with office administration tasks.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining office systems, managing supplies, document organization, handling office clerical duties, and providing support services. Additionally, you will be responsible for printing, mail distribution, expense reporting, greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with various assigned tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the yard office.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Attend to all incoming and outgoing vendors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

+ The receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility + Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls to appropriate party, and assisting with general administrative support functions of the facility. + Create and distribute memos and internal communications as needed. + Assist with the upkeep of the office environment to ensure a clean and organized workspace. + Manage the min/max system for safety, office, and yard supplies, ensuring all inventory is maintained. + Perform a variety of administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.

  • Qualifications
  • + Basic computer skills with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.

+ At least 1-3 years of experience in administration. + Previous experience in an office assistant role or warehouse clerical work is a plus. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Willingness to take on different tasks and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.
