Salary:
Approximately $95,000•$110,000
Overview:
The town of Swampscott is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Planner to play an integral role in shaping the future of land use and development in our scenic seaside community. The Senior Planner will work directly with the Director of Community and Economic Development, taking responsibility for overseeing the built and natural environment through coordination with the Conservation Commission, Historic District Commission, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals. The position will involve all aspects of land use planning, including zoning, site planning, energy efficiency, growth management, and long•and short-term development planning.
