This full-time position requires experience in scheduling within a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling operations efficiently and ensuring adequate supply management for our facility. This is a 30 hour a week position with at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage scheduling operations for licnesed and CNA staff members. Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, including shifts and time off. Communicate effectively with staff members regarding scheduling changes and updates. Oversee central supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply needs efficiently. Assist in administrative tasks related to scheduling and supply management as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling within a skilled nursing facility is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in computer applications related to scheduling and inventory management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
