Job Description:
This role is for aSenior Specialist, Program Scheduler. This person will be a directemployee working on programs within the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS)segment, Maritime division reporting to a Manager, Program Scheduler. Inthis role, the Senior Program Scheduler will manage complex projects orprocesses. The individual will communicate within and outside of theirown function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices,and procedures. This individual will make improvements to systems andprocesses, as well as contribute to the achievements of departmentalgoals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmentalresults.
Essential Functions:
Performs schedule analysis in support ofassigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and programschedules and plans are integrated across company functional groupsincluding finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies andresolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt,PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other projectmanagement techniques to gauge progress and identify performancevariances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project controlsystem guidelines. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.

Qualifications:
Requires strong knowledge ofprogram planning and scheduling. Requires strong knowledge of MicrosoftProject. Requires Earned Value Management experience. Bachelor’s Degreeand minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and aminimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree,minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. United States citizen.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong communication skills (written,verbal, presentation). Competent computer skills related to Microsoftoffice, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Schedule Risk Analysis experienceIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range forthis role is $82,500-153,000.
