MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of recent call center

REQUIRED

• Strongverbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Verifiableprofessional references
• Comfortable working on a non-smokingcampus

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17.95 per hour
• Monday-Friday,9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Rotating two Saturdays/month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

ASAP ROLE IMPACT

As the voice of the organization,you’ll serve as the first point of contact for donors, ensuringevery interaction reflects compassion, professionalism, andpurpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact donors to schedule donationpick-up appointments
• Deliver empathetic, courteous servicealigned with the non-profit’s values
• Maintain call quality andscheduling accuracy across interactions
• Represent the client’smission with integrity in every conversation

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Multi-line phone systems
• CRM or scheduling software
• Email andbasic office productivity tools (e.

g., Outlook, Word)

PREFERREDSKILLS

• Experience in a non-profit or mission-oriented environment
• Demonstrated empathy and active listening in prior roles
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
