We are seeking a Bilingual Home Care Scheduler, English/Spanish to join our team at Right at Home. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need. Hours are on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30a-5:30p. Competitive pay based upon experience. Responsibilities of Bilingual Home Care Scheduler –

English/Spanish:

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients. Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding scheduling needs. Manage changes and updates to schedules promptly and efficiently. Assist in maintaining accurate records of caregiver availability and client appointments. Communicate in English and Spanish. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any scheduling inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with management to optimize scheduling processes. Requirements of Bilingual Home Care Scheduler –

English/Spanish:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred. Customer service experience is highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
