You’ll manage everyaspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuringaccuracy and efficiency with each order and redemption. Your rolewill shape the future of this rapidly growing industry as you keepsystems running seamlessly to positively impact the team’s successwhile enhancing the lottery experience for our customers. Whatyou’ll do as an Operations Associate Manage and process customerlottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillmentcenter, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep our systemsupdated with real-time customer order statuses and trackinginformation. Streamline and organize workflows to meet dailyobjectives and hit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation ofprinting and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runsflawlessly. Step in to support various operational projects as theyarise, contributing to the team’s overall success. What you’llbring Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekendsand holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance.

Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technologyand familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.

Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with theability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently. Exceptionalcustomer service, communication, and time management skills.

Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally liftup to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-movingfulfillment setting. ? The US hourly rate for this full-timeposition is $15.00 – $19.00, plus benefits as applicable. Oursalary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
