Patient Scheduler $25/hr 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Waltham, MA 02451 Oncology clinic looking for full-time Patient Schedulers.
Hours:
Monday thru Friday, hours between 8 AM – 4:30 PM Temp contract to possible hire
Responsibilities:
Schedule patients for exams, lab orders, radiation/chemotherapy, infusion, and diagnostic imaging Assist front desk with checking patients in and out Provide updates to patients on any pending statuses Verify insurance, referrals Answer phones at a high-volume inbound capacity
Requirements:
1-2 years of medical scheduling experience Strong customer service experience Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Epic experience
