Responsible for managing the operations of the healthcare provider network.

Essential Functions
- Oversee the faculty onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and processed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare and research providers, addressing operational issues and concerns.
- Work with internal teams to ensure provider appointments are up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor provider performance metrics and work with providers to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement provider education and training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director and internal teams to develop and implement provider communication strategies, including Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to provider operations.
- Maintain accurate provider information in company databases and systems.
- Verify faculty credentials, education, and licenses, ensuring that they meet all organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with McLean Human Resources (HR), and MGB HR analysts on faculty orientation sessions and background checks to ensure efficient and timely onboarding.
- Work closely with internal departments, including compliance, Global Professional Services and the Centralized Credentialing Office (CCO), to ensure a seamless transition for new providers.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, such as provider enrollment organizations, Harvard Medical School, hospitals and medical groups, to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Provide support and guidance to providers throughout the onboarding process, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in healthcare provider operations, credentialing, or related field 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with providers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with provider databases and systems.
- Experience with provider performance metrics and reporting is a plus.
