Job Description

Pantry Expeditor Nps Llc 1 Patriot Pl, Foxborough, MA 02035 SUMMARY The primary responsibility of the Pantry Expeditor is to facilitate effective communication and coordination among various cooking areas to ensure a smooth flow of high-quality products, enabling servers to deliver consistent, quality meal orders to guests in a timely manner. Additionally, this role includes directing Suite Bussers on suite deliveries, bussing needs, and pickups in suites, as well as handling suite-specific requests by answering the phone and executing individual suite requests promptly and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete orders by garnishing cooked food items with appropriate garnishes. Inspect food orders for accuracy, quality and presentation before delivery to customer. Provide guidance to Suite Bussers on suite deliveries, bussing needs, and pickup requirements within individual suites. Answer phone calls promptly and handle suite-specific requests and guest needs as they arise. Communicate with the Level Attendant, Sr. Manager of Premium Services and Culinary on all issues, delays, complaints, and discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and expediting areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and guests. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide direction to Suite Bussers as needed based on guest requests

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant serving experience preferred Experience in a high-volume, high-quality food service operation preferred. Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with Suite Bussers and kitchen staff. Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing situations as needed. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a diverse environment. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
