Collegium Pharmaceutical is building a leading, diversified biopharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We have a leading portfolio of responsible pain management and neuropsychiatry medications.

Hybrid:

Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Associate, HR Operations plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality HR experience for employees and supporting the day-to-day administration of our HR Operations and employee benefits program. This role is responsible for supporting critical HR functions and processes including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, open enrollment and qualifying life event changes, HR systems management, leaves of absence, and HR compliance. The Senior Associate liaises with many of our HR vendors and is the first point of contact for employees with general HR related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, employee-focused, and tech-savvy, who enjoys solving problems and helping others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits Related Responsibilities Assist in the day-to day administration of our employee benefits program Facilitate Leave of Absence Administration, Worker’s Comp claims, and Accommodation requests and serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR regarding these policies and programs. Manage open enrollment activities including employee communications and Open Enrollment meeting. Monitor enrollments and the Open Enrollment carrier feeds to ensure timely transmission. Coordinate annual benefits fair Liaison with vendors and third-party administrators for HR systems and benefits-related services (i.e COBRA, benefit carriers, HRIS).

HR Operations Related Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, HR systems, policies, and procedures. Manage HR onboarding and offboarding, including hosting new hire HR orientations Maintain data accuracy including updating employee records and ensuring data integrity across systems. Support Talent Management and the HR Business Partners with annual people process execution Educate employees on how to use our HR systems Main point of contact for immigration-related matters (low volume) with support from outside counsel. Responsible for compliance related reporting and postings including ACA and EEO-1 reporting Provide reporting and analytics, as needed Contribute to the development and maintenance of all HR policies Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and enhancing employee experiences. Manage upkeep and organization of HR related documents and employee records across systems Responsible for HR contract management Support with ad hoc HR projects and events Liaise with payroll and IT, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of HR experience required, preferably with a focus on benefits and HR systems support Strong customer service skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytical skills The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, a problem solver/solution oriented, can work independently, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel Pay Range$96,000-$106,000 USD Collegium is an equal opportunity employer.
