DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. As our Dental Scheduling Coordinator, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and important responsibilities. You’ll greet patients with a smile, manage phone calls and appointments, verify insurance, and ensure every visit runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. You’ll also coordinate referrals, handle payments, and keep our schedule full and flowing, all while being a key part of a supportive, high-performing team.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a dental or business environment Strong communication and computer skills Friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Fluent in English Ability to work unsupervised Experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management software is preferred.
