Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

Work closely with department heads to develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows. Keep a watchful eye on daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly according to our established protocols and standards. Foster collaboration and open communication between departments to optimize operations and address any bottlenecks. Put on your problem-solving hat and identify areas where our processes can be improved, proposing creative solutions. 2.

Resource Management:

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Keep track of inventory levels, anticipating and proactively addressing any supply shortages or discrepancies. Assist in allocating and scheduling personnel, equipment, and resources required for operations. Help in selecting reliable suppliers who provide high-quality resources at cost-effective prices. 3.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including contracts, agreements, and project documentation. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Analyze data to uncover insights that support decision-making and optimize operations. 4.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Work to address operational risks and maintain a safe work environment. Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures. 5.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in air and water quality management. Embrace learning opportunities and proactively seek professional development to enhance your skills. Emphasize problem-solving skills to identify areas where processes can be optimized, automated, or streamlined to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Preferred to possess experience in business administration or operations management Preferred to possess a knowledge of plumbing or water treatment Demonstrate experience in operations coordination or a similar role, showing strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Proficiency in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools. Showcase problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome operational challenges. Show a passion for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the job.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$43,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
