Job Description:
Applies basic principles, theories and concepts. Follows specific details and instructions to solve problems of limited scope and complexity. Provides project operations, planning and control support for multiple contracts.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the contract awards and modifications to develop, update and maintain work plans. Create and maintain program/project schedules. Evaluate timecards in CostPoint Time and Expense to ensure employees are properly charging and implement into work plans. Ensure accuracy of and process expense transitions in CostPoint Time and Expense. Track contract obligations and deliverables. Initiate, review and process purchase requisitions and receiving reports. Create and maintain Individual Work Authorizations Assign labor codes. Create and maintain Individual Work Authorizations. Review and validation of project invoices. Budget Monitoring and Assessments. Analyze cost and assess performance on multiple project elements. Develop monthly performance and cost reports to meet customer deadlines. Provide meeting support – prepares agendas, takes meeting minutes, and action items. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree desirable. Strong written and verbal skills, Proficient in the use of MS Office Software. Self-motivated, proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Strong MS Excel Skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting. Must be US Citizen.
