What You’ll Do:

Keep Projects Running Smoothly Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to keep teams on schedule. Manage Logistics Load/unload, transport supplies, and prepare job sites for roofing crews. Ensure Quality & Safety Maintain equipment, enforce safety standards, and assist where needed. Support the Shop & Inventory Organize materials and assist with metal fabrication setup. Work Hands-On Assist crews on-site without taking the lead installation role.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in construction, roofing, or a related field (preferred, but not required). A valid driver’s license You’ll need to travel between job sites. Strong organizational skills Attention to detail is key! Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Not afraid of heights! What’s In It for You? Competitive Salary $60,000 $70,000 per year, based on experience.
