Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee owners, providing support and guidance. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits. Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and support franchise operations as needed.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage relationships with clients and franchisee owners effectively. Reliable, organized, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
