• Act a resource for questions, assist in the training of new Specialists.
• Reliable “go to” when Supervisor is unavailable
• Provide direction to other team members in accordance with oversight of leadership
• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
• Scan hard copy files to electronic images ensuring a quality image
• Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
• Index Key Data into multiple software applications
