JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Support Specialist position is responsible for working directly with dealers and agents to process monthly business in an effective and efficient manner, in addition to working with dealers, lenders and customers to process product cancellation requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, basic data analysis, and be able to problem solve and work with minimal supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly business processing across multiple product lines while verifying coverage options and pricing. Daily processing of cancellation requests. Customer service calls answering a variety of questions related to operation functions. QA testing and validating test results against operations processes. Providing options and solutions to business and workflow problems.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
Work well in a team with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Provide excellent customer service at all levels. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
2-5 years work experience required. Automotive dealership experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent field) a plus! Please note – this position does not allow for remote work. Only local candidates will be considered.
