Job Description:

Medical Staff Scheduling Coordinator Full Time Monday – Friday 8am-5pm What you will get to do : Build and maintain schedules within the electronic health records system Act as a liaison between our scheduling and client access staff. Transfer phone calls to appropriate clinics for screening appointments when needed. Review time off request and maintain schedules to reflect time off. Check for open Initial Visit slots for providers in the Outpatient clinic on a daily basis and backfill these slots with available clients. Enter information into tracking systems and update the tracking systems accordingly on a daily basis. Staff will use various websites and software systems to verify client insurance eligibility. Abide by HIPAA guidelines at all times when dealing with customers and co-workers.

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED. Experience in office setting is preferred.
