Job Description
As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the operations team to succeed by validating and managing key data, solving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement. PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Validate incoming WOTC data (e.g., Tax Credit Questionnaires, IRS 8850s, state forms) across paper and electronic formats for completeness and accuracy. Process
IRS 8850
forms and route to the Department of Labor within designated timelines to secure potential tax credits. Troubleshoot technical issues including data edits, quality control, and file load problems. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges impacting tax credit opportunities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team knowledge, efficiency, and performance. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Monitor and report on operational metrics, business improvement opportunities, and production achievements. Retrieve and process WOTC determinations from states (Certifications, Denials, and Needs). Support Employer Representative Declaration submissions to state agencies. Manage and process forms submitted through the WOTC Operational Inbox. What You Bring Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of office experience. Proficiency in data entry and experience with relevant software tools. Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional partners and resolving technical inquiries.
