Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our Workforce Solutions Operations group. In this role, you will support multiple product lines that help empower individuals to achieve financial success. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of key operational processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
salary:
$23•$25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM•4
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Validate incoming WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) data•including Tax Credit Questionnaires, IRS 8850s, and state forms•in both paper and electronic formats to ensure completeness and accuracy. Process and route
IRS 8850
forms to the Department of Labor in a timely manner to secure potential tax credits. Resolve technical issues such as editing indexed data, managing quality control, and addressing file load problems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including state agencies, to troubleshoot and resolve data or process-related challenges. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing team efficiency and performance. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support high-quality deliverables. Monitor and report on operational/production issues, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate achievements. Pull, process, and key WOTC determinations from state agencies (Certifications, Denials, and Needs). Support Employer Representative Declaration submissions to state authorities. Manage and process documentation in the WOTC Operational Inbox.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 1 to 2 years of general office or operations experience. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software systems.
