PRODUCTION COORDINATOR A BOLLINGER MISSISSIPPI SHIPBUILDING LLC 900

FUNCTION
Overseeing and coordinating the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery, managing schedules, inventory, and addressing production issues
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities: Optimize the movement of material and products within a facility or supply chain, ensuring efficient management and overall operational process. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods. Ordering materials and coordinating with warehouse to maintain timely delivery. Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions. Working closely with other departments (engineering, planning, material, other crafts) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain paperwork associated with receipt and movement of material.

V erbal and written communication skills. Supervisory and leadership skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of experience in related disciplines including production planning or assembly work.
