Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 Provide scheduling support for large-scale, complex commercial construction projects , ensuring timelines and milestones are met Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other stakeholders to review, analyze, and communicate scheduling updates Perform schedule risk analysis , identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions as needed Conduct regular site walks to validate progress and identify potential schedule deviations Generate detailed reports and analyze data to optimize project performance Facilitate coordination between departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction , preferably with a leading ENR-ranked general contractor Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering , or related field preferred Proven track record of supporting ground-up commercial projects Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project schedules What the
