How You will Make an ImpactAssist internal employees and customers with ACH questions via email and phoneProcess and verify PEP+ WindowsSetup of new Direct Send customers in PEP+Maintain PEP+ DatabaseWork with an internal ETL group for customers who exceed daily processing limitsAssist with research for outstanding transactions on all ACH General Ledger accountsProcess transactional tickets neededAssist in processing ACH request for returnsSupply reporting information on transactional activityPerform other duties/special projects as assigned by the ManagerRemain up-to-date and comply with NACHA Rules and RegulationsWho You AreAbility to build strong partnerships with teammates and other departmentsGood computer skills, proficient in Excel and GoogleStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAble to work Onsite in a corporate office environmentAble to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PMExcellent work ethic with a strong ability to multitaskProactive in problem solving and responding to internal and external requestsKnowledge of general ACH processing conceptsKnowledge of PEP+ software requiredMinimum 5+ years prior banking experience requiredMinimum 2+ years prior ACH Operations experience requiredAbility to be able to adapt to change, work in a fast paced, detail oriented environmentKnowledge of Cadence Bank systems, desiredDevelop a continuous program of self-education and improvementAbide by the policies and procedures approved by the BankRegular and reliable attendanceWorks cooperatively with othersIf your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
