Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Production Scheduler to join our innovative team in Richland, MS. In this role, you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments, optimize resources, and play a crucial role in our continuous improvement initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, capacity constraints, and material availability. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Analyze production capacity, labor, equipment availability, and inventory to proactively identify constraints and optimize resource utilization. Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective actions to resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or material shortages. Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems and maintain clean data related to production orders and inventory levels. Generate and report key metrics including schedule attainment, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance scheduling processes, reduce lead times, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
