Our Busy Service Department is seeking BDC (Business Development) Appointment Schedulers to

WORK ON-SITE

Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm, and every other Saturday, 7am to 4pm, in our FUN, fast-paced department to answer calls, schedule appointments for automotive repairs, recall work, maintenance, oil changes, etc. We appreciate our employees our invest in their success! Apply now and join our team!

Scheduler:

Work ON-SITE to answer calls and s chedule appointments for auto repair, recall work, maintenance, and more. Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, reschedule ‘no-show’ appointments, and offer ‘specials’ Verify recalls, contact customers via shortfall lists (recalls) Provide exceptional customer service to every customer Qualifications – Service Dept. BDC Appt.

Scheduler :

Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm, and and every other Saturday, 7am to 4pm. Experience is preferred but not required. Excellent training is provided. Outgoing, friendly and dependable with a good work ethic Good computer, communication and customer service skills Customer service and telephone call center experience is a plus A positive attitude and motivated to succeed High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Principals only.
