Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler Margate Health & Rehabilitation 540 Waugh Street, Jefferson, NC 28640 Margate Health & Rehabilitation, located in beautiful Jefferson, North Carolina is seeking a dynamic individual to work as our Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department.

This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each calendar month and finding replacements in order to meet all staffing guidelines and resident care needs. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily and weekly reporting reflecting Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) hours worked. The Staffing Coordinator will assist with Nursing Department activities to include administrative support; assisting residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling and will be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
