Southport, NC (In-Person | Remote Work Opportunity After 90 Days) About Us Southern Divine Kennels Pet Grooming is a high-paced, customer-focused pet grooming company that prides itself on professionalism, exceptional service, and compassion for pets. We are currently hiring a Operations Support Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day operations alongside our executive leadership. We operate two store front salon locations and one mobile salon unit in North Carolina. Job Summary The Salon Support Coordinator is responsible for managing key administrative duties that support the success of our grooming salon. This includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, updating client records in Moego (grooming software), and assisting with client communication. This is an in-person role based in Southport, NC, with potential for remote work after a 90-day performance review. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails in a professional, timely manner Schedule, update, and cancel appointments using Moego (training provided) Review and update client accounts, correcting missing or incorrect data Respond to online reviews and messages with professionalism and care Follow up with new leads, appointment requests, and missed client calls Assist in daily administrative tasks assigned by the Business Operations Executive Support client satisfaction by troubleshooting scheduling and communication issues Multitask efficiently in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities Qualifications 1+ year of experience in administration, reception, customer service, or office support preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Moego experience is a plus) Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Must be able to work in-person at our Lincolnton location for the first 90 days Reliable transportation required Schedule Monday to Saturday availability required Flexible scheduling offered (Full-Time or Part-Time options available) Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Potential for remote/work-from-home flexibility after 90 days (based on performance) Benefits Opportunity to grow within a thriving grooming business Training provided Supportive and pet-friendly team environment Consideration for remote work after probation period How to Apply Submit your resume via Indeed along with a short message about why you’d be a great fit for our team.
